Asbestos Consulting

Asbestos consulting and sampling are frequently requested for site demolition projects. Asbestos surveys are required before any restoration or renovation per the regulations set forth in the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). Failure to provide the required survey can stop the project and result in significant fines. Asbestos surveys range in price generally between $1,500.00 and $3,000.00 depending on the size, age and use of the building. The survey includes the removal and analysis of all suspected asbestos-containing materials.
