	Expert Witness
HSA has experienced an increasing number of requests for expert witness testimony. Though most legal actions often result in negotiated settlements before trial, a successful negotiation process is based in part on the persuasiveness of the expert witness report. HSA experts serve both defendants and plaintiffs. Dr. Ralph Moon and Mr. Don Herrmann have been identified as experts or fact witnesses on a variety of law suits.
