Insurance Services HSA provides a vast array of insurance consulting services. We have developed a nationwide reputation by responding to claims and investigating disputes. Our engineering services consist of Accident Reconstruction, Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Geotechnical Engineering and Building Sciences. Our primary task in the Building Sciences Department is the preparation of Cause and Origin reports. The majority of our work addresses water damage claims. Cause and origin (C&O) reports identify the origin of the damage and establish a defensible opinion as to the cause and duration of the loss.
